LSF: Take 2

I did it!! I achieved 100% completion of my January lunalution! Which is to say, I completed the 30 day "Dedicate" yoga journey in 30 days. I'm not sure if/when I'll ever achieve this kind of success again, so I'm going to relish it for a moment.

New Year Reset!

Today's "wild and fun" adventure is to embark on a brand new set of lunalutions. What is a lunalution, you ask? A lunalution is a resolution on a monthly scale. Last January I decided to set myself 12 lunalutions-- a challenge for every month of the year. Turns out, I quite like living through lunalutions, and so this year I'm taking on a new slate of monthly challenges.
