Simple Green Smoothie

Per Serving:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 – 1 cup water (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 scoop PB2
  • 1 cup of spinach

I usually blend just the fruit and liquid first, then add the powders and spinach and blend it all together.
