Pb & Strawberry Overnight Oats

Per serving:

1/2 cup quick cook oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp PB2**
1 scoop protein powder*
1/2 tbsp agave
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Handful of strawberries (frozen or fresh)

Combine. Refrigerate overnight.

*If you’re wondering, I use Orgain’s unsweetened protein powder.
**PB2 is powdered peanut butter that you can mix with water. It has less oil (and thus fewer calories) and less sugar than ordinary peanut butter, though it does have some added sugar.
